Staveley Hall offers a venue so you, your family and friends can celebrate your special day in peace together. No other weddings take place at the same time or date.
We will work with you ensure your day is a success guiding you to achieve the wedding of your dreams.

We have the Devonshire Suite which seats 30 comfortably.
A beautiful renaissance oak walled room with majestic fire place and huge stone bay window.
Our unique Air Hall is the venue with a difference it accommodates 90 people for formal and informal wedding receptions.

Our prices and room hire are based around you and your budget. We have no complicated pricing structure just simple packages based around your own requirements.

We work with several different event companies, who can transform your wedding day into a most luxurious extravaganza to meet your needs.

We will always attempt to meet your special requests and work with you on your special day you will be allocated a duty manager who will guide you through your time at the Hall. Prices on application.

We can offer buffets, barbecues, hog roasts and pea and pie suppers. We have something to suit all price ranges.
Drinks Packages are available and can be adjusted to your needs.

entertainment

We can work with you to find suitable entertainment for your Wedding Party, whether this be live bands, discos, DJ etc.

24 - 12 Months to go

  • Select a wedding date and time
  • Book the wedding ceremony and reception venue
  • Discuss your ideas with our wedding co-ordinator
  • Think about themes and colours for the wedding reception
  • Discuss your floristry requirements with the our wedding
  • co-ordinator or with your florist
  • Choose the wedding attendants; best man, ushers, bridesmaids etc
  • Choose and order wedding outfits
  • Book entertainment / musicians
  • Book your photographer and / or videographer

12 - 6 Months to go

  • Choose ceremony music and readings
  • Order you wedding cake
  • Order your wedding favours
  • Choose your wedding rings
  • Draw up a wedding gift list
  • Book your wedding cars or other transportation
  • Book your make-up artist and hairdresser
  • Send out your ‘Save the Date’
  • Book mini-moon and / or honeymooon
  • Send out invitations
  • Purchase wedding day accessories
  • Confirm flower arrangements with florist
  • Arrange a meeting with with us to go through your plans

6 - 2 Weeks to go

  • Buy thank you gifts for your attendants
  • Check ceremony and legal arrangements
  • Finalise number of guests
  • Finalise arrangements with entertainers
  • Provide a list of music for special moments e.g. first dance
  • Draw up a seating plan for your reception with dietary requirements
  • Check outfits and have final fittings
  • Check mini-moon and / or honeymoon arrangements
  • Collect wedding rings
  • Write the wedding speeches

1 Week to go

  • Drop of any gift items and decorations to us
  • Pack your luggage for your honeymoon
  • Go over wedding day itinerary with wedding attendants
  • Nominate someone to take care of the day’s schedule so that you
  • can relax and enjoy your special day
